Virtual Agency Director

Sheri Aiello serves as Director of the Virtual Agency at Advocate Health Advisors, bringing more than 24 years of insurance and agency leadership experience to the organization. She began her career as a licensed insurance agent with American Family Insurance and progressed into senior leadership roles overseeing regional sales and service teams for AAA – The Auto Club Group and Florida Blue.

Throughout her career, Sheri has specialized in building high-performing, customer-centric agency models, with a strong focus on voluntary benefit programs, Medicare solutions, and scalable virtual sales operations. She is known for transforming traditional call center environments into relationship-driven agencies that prioritize quality, compliance, retention, and long-term client value.

Sheri joined Advocate Health Advisors in October 2025, where she leads the Virtual Agency, supporting licensed agents nationwide through strategic partnerships, referral-based growth, and innovative virtual engagement models designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s Medicare-eligible consumers.
