Norm Fernandez is an Information Technology Specialist at Advocate Health, where he serves as the go-to resource for help desk support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and data analytics. Since joining the organization in December 2024, Norm has been instrumental in resolving complex technical issues and improving internal processes through SQL-driven insights. He holds CompTIA A+ and Data+ certifications and is passionate about the ever-evolving world of IT. Norm finds fulfillment in empowering others through technology and enjoys making the digital world more accessible. Outside of work, he’s a part-time musician, performing guitar, bass, and vocals in several rock cover bands.
