Jackleen Houchens joined Advocate Health Advisors as Retention Specialist in 2020. In this role, Houchens actively develops and participates in member retention and growth initiatives. Previously, Houchens worked as an MSO Network Operations Manager in Tampa for approximately two years. There, she developed a comprehensive background of the Medicare Advantage industry. Most of her experience has specialized in contracting primary care providers under main Medicare Advantage carriers and managing contractual relationships.

In 2018, Jackleen moved from New York to Tampa, Fla., to complete her MBA in Health Care Management at Saint Leo University. Florida has since become home for her.
