Neelima joined Advocate as a Full Stack Developer, bringing more than 15 years of experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise technology solutions. She has a proven track record of designing, developing, and modernizing large-scale business applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, React, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure.

Throughout her career, Neelima has held senior development roles at organizations including MedRisk, Judge Group, Law School Admission Council, Air Products & Chemicals, Fiserv, Merrill Lynch, Walmart, and the U.S. Green Building Council. In these positions, she led the development of enterprise web applications, architected scalable APIs, optimized database performance, modernized legacy systems, and delivered innovative technology solutions that improved operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Neelima's expertise spans the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to application deployment and production support. She has extensive experience building single-page applications, developing RESTful APIs, implementing cloud-based solutions in Azure, and creating high-performance database architectures. Her strong background in Agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and cross-functional collaboration has enabled her to successfully deliver complex projects across a variety of industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras and continues to leverage her deep technical knowledge and leadership experience to build reliable, scalable, and user-focused applications.
